Another Day Another Transfer

This time it is Lynell Payne transferring to Youngstown State.

Between the ridiculously crowded nature of the receiving core this year and into the future with two receivers in the class and one more likely. The fact that the staff that recruited him to Clifton is out the door makes it hard to blame him. Hopefully he can rekindle some of that national championship magic at Stambaugh Stadium for the Penguins. Best of luck to Lynell
