Defensive Line | Lettered 1981-83

For three years Erroll Cleveland and George Jamison represented one of the best pass rushing duos in Cincinnati history. But they were saddled with teams that couldn't get it done, not for an entire season. Both guys played starring roles in the 1983 upset of Penn State. But that season wound up being a disappointment for the Bearcats as they won just three more games the rest of the way.

Still it is hard to argue with the numbers that Cleveland compiled with the Bearcats particularly in the 1982 season when he came up with 8 sacks. His 14 sacks places him 11th all time in the UC record books.
