You know whats really fun? Watching a team turn the ball over 6 times, three of them in the Red Zone and still win comfortably. This was a weird game, obviously, its likely to be as loopy a boxscore as you will ever encounter. I have honestly never seen anything like it in my life, and I have watched entirely too much Football in my short 27 year existence on this earth.
What does it mean going forward into another bye week? No idea. Another thing I have no idea on, where, exactly this teams equilibrium is going forward. Its clear that this was just one of those bad games that every team has in any season. But I doubt very much that this is the new normal for the Bearcats. And as much as some would like to roll this game up and hang it around Munchie Legaux neck he wasn't the only one who was dicking around out there. No one on the UC side of the ball seemed to have any interest in, you know, playing the game for which they are on scholarship for. Weird, weird night all around. I will have more up tonight after I watch overtime of WKU and Kentucky. Thats a sentence that I never thought I'd type.
