The University of Cincinnati football squad will hit the field with a new look for the 2013 Belk Bowl. According to the Athletic Department at the University of Cincinnati and GoBearcats.com, this will the 4th straight bowl game with a unique helmet. The work was done by the folks at Hydrographics, inc, the makers of the ever popular Oregon Ducks helmet along with Notre Dame, TCU, and Michigan State to name a few.
Cincinnati will take on North Carolina (6-6) in the Belk Bowl on December 28th at 3:20 pm in Charlotte at Bank of America Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN. UC finished 9-3, good enough for 3rd in the American Athletic Conference. A full photo gallery by GoBearcats.com can be seen here.
