That did not go as planned. Even knowing how tough USF tends to play the Bearcats I wasn't quite expecting what we got. USF had the lead deep in the second half and then Sean Kilpatrick took over. USF had a three point lead with six minutes to go, SK then attacked and got fouled, made both his free throws to bring UC within one point. After a Victor Rudd turnover the Bearcats worked to get Justin Jackson one on one from where he made a banked two point jumper to take the lead. Kila finished the game from the line yet again and the Bearcats escaped with their 14th win in a row. It wasn't pretty, but it was a win.
