The Cincinnati Bearcats have a tremendous talent advantage over the Miami (OH) RedHawks who are fresh off a 58-0 loss at the hands of Wisconsin a week ago, but that doesn't mean we can't have a little fun with the Battle for the Bell rivalry.
In that same spirit, the Cincinnati football video department took to Twitter to fuel the fire a bit, at the expense of the Miami (OH) football video department. What ensued was your standard Twitter standoff, full of clever putdowns, not so clever putdowns, stats that don't mean much to the casual observer and the "SCOREBOARD" call-out that shuts it down.
I know it doesn't feel like a true rivalry week, but this is what college football is all about. Plus, this back and forth might be better than the game actually ends up being.
Our students know it's officially #VictoryBell week and are already out working @RedHawksFBVideo students pic.twitter.com/gzoyfMNKkU

.@UCFBVideo questioning my work ethic is a lot like the Battle for the Bell. Fun to be a part, until you realize you're behind. #Miami59-53

.@RedHawksFBVideo That's cool, you can read the history book, but have any of you seen the bell in person? #9Straight pic.twitter.com/1mYqVD5BBp
