Louisville vs. NC State

My Thursday night quick pick:

Louisville (4-1) at NC State (4-1):

I assume the game is going to go something like this:

Louisville is Billy Joel and his entourage. Louisville’s got the big star in Lamar Jackson and a competent retinue of skill position players, including running backs Malik Williams and Reggie Bonnafon, wide receivers Dez Fitzpatrick and Jaylen Smith, and drummer Liberty DeVitto. In spite of all of Louisville’s talent, NC State, as personified by Christie Brinkley, still has the size advantage. And size counts when it comes to Thursday night football.

Final Score: NC State 48 Louisville 42
