For those of you inclined to watch the college game Thursday night, here’s what’s going to happen:
New Mexico (1-1) at Boise State (1-1): Boise State has one of college football’s most explosive offenses. Though they fell short last weekend in Pullman, the Broncos put on a show against a solid Washington State Cougars defense. Running back Alexander Mattison has been piling up the yardage behind Boise State’s powerful offensive line. Backup quarterback Montzell Cozart made a number of outstanding plays with his feet against the Cougars last weekend, as he filled in admirably for starter Brett Rypien, who was injured during the first half. Conversely, New Mexico has Bob Davie, one of college football’s handsomest coaches.
Final Score: New Mexico 35 Boise State 31
