On this awfully strange night of Monday Night Football, two Cincinnati Bearcats tight ends will figure prominently in the action.
In the first game of the evening, Travis Kelce will be anchoring the Kansas City Chiefs as they host the New England Patriots in this early 7 PM kickoff on CBS.
Kelce enters the game on pace for another All-Pro season, snagging 21 catches in 3 games while garnering 227 yards and 2 touchdowns.
In the later kickoff, former Bearcats standout Josiah Deguara returns to action after two weeks on the shelf, as his 3-0 Green Bay Packers host the 0-3 Atlanta Falcons. In week 1, Deguara made substantial contributions for the Packers against the as an H-Back, blocking tight end, and a pass receiver. Expect him to figure more prominently in the Packers’ multi-faceted receiving corps as the season progresses.
Thanks for your support for Down the Drive and looking forward to a full bye-week of football coverage.
