UC legend and two-time All Star Josh Harrison is still trying to find his place with his new club, the Washington Nationals.
Thus far, Harrison has had just 17 at-bats and appeared in five games.
He has appeared exclusively as an outfielder for Washington and is having trouble finding playing time in Washington’s stacked outfield.
Harrison is currently hitting .176 with a .238 OBP.
Yesterday, Harrison went 1 for 2 with a walk in three plate appearances against Baltimore in Washington’s 6-5 victory at Camden Yards.
Currently, the defending World Champion Nationals find themselves three games out of first in a thus far ho-hum NL East. Expect Harrison to play a more pronounced role if Washington continues to struggle.
