Cincinnati Bearcats great Gary Clark was dealt to the Denver Nuggets on March 25th as part of a multi-player trading deadline deal.

This could potentially serve as a new start for Gary Clark’s career. But time will tell.

Thus far, he has played sparingly for the Nuggets.

He has made two appearances for Denver, playing just three minutes on each occasion. Last night, he grabbed one rebound in a 15-point Denver win over the Detroit Pistons. In 9 games thus far as a Nugget, he has made just two appearances.

Thus far, there is no indication that he will take on a significant role.

Clark can certainly contribute to any club, including Denver. He remains an excellent defender and certainly has fresh legs. It seems as if Clark will have to improve his offense game to have staying power in the league.

Thanks for your support for Down the Drive. Looking forward to an exciting weekend of Bearcats baseball.
