All-purpose Washington Nationals slugger Josh Harrison is hitting up a storm this spring. After starting the Spring on fire, the Cincinnati Bearcats alum continues to hammer the ball.
As of Tuesday evening, Harrison was hitting .344 in 64 at-bats. Harrison has mustered 2 homeruns and 9 RBIs thus far in his plate appearances.
If Harrison continues on this torrid pace, it will be a career-high for the .274 lifetime hitter.
In this post-game presser on MASN, Harrison explains how being in the lineup regularly helps him maintain his hitting:
Thanks as always for your support for Down the Drive.
Looking forward to another fun weekend of Bearcats baseball. It has been a genuine pleasure to watch this team gel over the course of the spring.
Just as it has been a pleasure to see Josh Harrison revive his career in Washington with the Nationals. The nation’s capital has proven a great fit for the Cincinnati great.
