Updated Nippert Stadium Renovation Plans Will Be Made Public Tomorrow.

Whit Babcock foretold of the coming plans via what else, twitter.

I have no idea whether any of this would be considered normal for a renovation of this size and scope. The basic layout is already known, all that is left to do is finalize matters and send them along to the contractors. It does seem slightly odd that the east side is still up in the air. But with two months until shovels break ground there can't be much more than finishing touches going on. Regardless, New Nippert news is good news.
