Best of Bearcats Training Camp 2011 - I think the players have been dieing to give Coach Jones the ice pool all training camp
Training Camp 2011: Picture Day - Loving those jerseys. Seriously, where can I get a replica of one of these?!
Scott Springer Interview with Isaiah Pead - Dude's going to have a big season and it sounds like all three true freshman running backs (Poteat, Teague, Abernathy) could see playing time this season.

In case you missed the FSN Ohio special on inside Bearcats football, here it is. I wish there was better coverage and more exclusives like this regarding Bearcats football but that's why sites like Down the Drive exist. Anyways, check it out.
Jason Kelce Remains Starting Center
Awesome news out of Philly as yet another Cincinnati draft pick continues to impress in camp. Earlier in the preseason Kelce was the third string center but was pushing the players ahead of him very hard. Now he's all but locked up the starting center position for the Eagles. Although, from what I saw out of the offensive line in their most recent preseason game they could use more guys like Kelce in there setting up plays for all of their playmakers.
Chat: Chat with Butch Jones - SportsNation - ESPN
Lots off coach speak here out of Coach Jones which isn't unexpected but one quote caught my attention. You can see it about half way down the page but he says that D.J. Woods is the top return man right now. That makes me really nervous and I hope most of those reps go to Pead, RDA, McClung, and Teague (if healthy).

High Schools | Late 79-yard TD reception leads Brother Rice past King | The Detroit News
The article focuses around Brother Rice's win against King but you can't look at the game and not be impressed with the performance of Cincinnati verbal Dennis Norfleet in the game. He ran for 230 yards and two touchdowns on 34 carries. Brother Rice's head coach Al Fracassa seemed relieved to just get out of the game with a W proclaiming:
"I hope I never see Norfleet again" - Fracassa

The College Football Anti-Preview: Big East, The BCS' Mini Cooper - SBNation.com
This is a great satirical preview that is a dig at every school in the Big East as well as the hundreds of conference predictions we have to deal with during the offseason. Check out each of their previews of Big East schools. I particularly like UConn's preview.

Texas A&M takes next big step toward divorcing Big 12 before marrying SEC | al.com
I think it's pretty obvious at this point that Texas A&M is pretty much begging the SEC for an invite like a nerd begs the head cheerleader to be his prom date. I'm not sure if the Aggies overplayed their hand by making their intentions public but a relationship between the two would be good for both. At this point an invitation from the SEC hasn't happened, Tex-AM is doing whatever they can to get an invite, and the Big XII board of directors is meeting to determine how much they can jack up the exit fee if they did bolt.
