Other headliners scheduled to make the trek to Thibodaux include Marcus Mariota of Oregon, Bryce Petty of Baylor, Brett Hundley of UCLA, Sean Mannion of Oregon State, Trevor Knight of Oklahoma, Sefo Liufau of Colorado, Gunner Kiel of Cincinnati, Cody Kessler of USC, Kevin Hogan of Stanford, Garrett Grayson of Colorado State and Devin Gardner of Michigan.
Apparently Tubs has had a long relationship with the Manning, which might have something to do with Kay getting the invite last year.
"Tub is always around our camp," Manning said. "He's been sending his sons to our camp for 10 years. We always had the Texas Tech quarterback when he was there and we've had his quarterback from Cincinnati for two years now."
The hope would be that Gunner can take this as an opportunity to go learn from some of the best quarterbacks in the country, not to mention one of the best ever in Peyton Manning and come back to Cincinnati with the laser focus he will need for this team to reach its goals.
