Entering their fourth season under Tommy Tuberville, the Cincinnati Bearcats are coming off a 7-6 campaign that featured a dreary end in the Hawaii Bowl. After months of waiting to right those wrongs, the Bearcats are ready to start the season on a high note.

UTM is led by Jason Simpson, who is in his 11th season as head coach. The Skyhawks went 7-4 last season, including a 6-2 mark against the rest of the Ohio Valley Conference. They are led by senior defensive end Damani Taylor, who earned preseason All-OVC honors.
