The Cincinnati Bearcats men’s basketball team has had its last three games postponed.
The most recent encounter that has been cancelled, a Saturday matchup with #8 ranked Houston which was to be nationally televised, really hurts. Even in the age of fractured national television audiences, losing the chance to have a game shown nationally is a significant loss for the brand of a college basketball program.
The Bearcats look to return to action on Wednesday, January 27th for a matchup with Wichita State at Fifth Third Arena. If this game goes forward, it will be Cincinnati’s first game in 17 days. Coincidentally, Cincinnati’s last contest was a January 10th game at Wichita State in which the Bearcats dropped an 82-76.
