Haley is a walk on to the Bearcats football program. A local product from Mount Healthy he joined the Bearcats during the 2007 season, which he red shirted. During his years with the Bearcats he hasn't been a regular in the secondary but he has been a special teams stand out for the last three years. Haley has notched 10 tackles in his career, including a career high 8 during the 2011 season in only 9 games to date.
