The United States rolled to their second blowout in as many games against the Czech Republic. As per usual the defense set the tone as the US limited the Czech's to 31 per cent shooting, 19 per cent from three. It was about as dominating as you would expect against such flimsy opposition.
The US team has one more (relatively) easy game against the Swede's. That will take place on Wednesday, as the US has tomorrow off. After that the Stars and Stripes have Australia on Thursday and Canada on Friday, in a contest that will almost certainly decide the group. Here are the standings after two rounds of play.
