Quarterback Gunner Kiel has been ruled out for Cincinnati's Dec. 24 Hawaii Bowl showdown with San Diego State due to a "personal matter". That means freshman Hayden Moore will be starting under center against the Aztecs. Moore has thrown for 1,683 yards, nine touchdowns and eight interceptions in limited action this season.
