Cincinnati Asserts Its Will, Pounds ECU 55-17

Cincinnati had some sputters early on. At times, the Bearcats didn’t have a good handle on the football. We gave up some big plays in the passing game.

Nevertheless, the Bearcats had this one well in hand by halftime and hit the East Carolina Pirates with a hadouken. Big plays abounded for Cincinnati on offense and on defense.

The 55-17 win improves the Bearcats to 7-0 and leaves no doubt that this is in fact a playoff team. This team is primed for a matchup next Saturday with frequent AAC power UCF.
