Everyone knows that the American Athletic Conference is the conference with the best student center food courts in college football.
Here are my three favorites. I was going to make it my five favorite but I only had eight minutes before work to write this.
3. SMU: McElvaney Hall
This place has all the heavy hitters: Starbucks, Chick Fil-A, Einstein Brothers and a flyover country-style pizza place. The food here is probably healthy and probably pretty good. Whatever you need, they’ve got. Well done, SMU Mustangs.
2. Houston: Student Center South
I’m not sure what a Mondo Sub is, but it sounds pretty tasty. The ice cream at Shasta’s Cones looks pretty outstanding too. Opens at 10 a.m. too. Well done, Houston Cougars.
1. East Carolina: Everywhere on This Beautiful Campus is a Good Place to Eat
ECU has some of the finer diners in Caroliner.
The Pirate meal plan receives high marks from ECU students. You can just swipe your card and food will appear. That is if you go to any of their seven, conveniently located on-campus eateries. All seven eateries accept Pirate Bucks as well as many off-campus restaurants, such as CiCi’s Pizza Kitchen, Papa John’s, TCBY and Burger King.
What kind of food do they have?
What kind of food do you want?
Everything on God’s green earth is available through ECU campus dining. Well done, East Carolina Pirates.
