From the Video Vault (Basketball): December 29th: Temple

The UC Bearcats take on the Temple Owls on December 29th at 3 PM.

In preparation for that game, the video vault will place the history of our opponent's basketball program in context.

Here is a brief video describing the history of the Palestra, one of college basketball's longest tenured and most esteemed arenas.

Located in Philadelphia's University City neighborhood, the Palestra is home to both the University of Pennsylvania's basketball team and the games played annually among Philadelphia's Big 5 college basketball programs: Temple, Penn, LaSalle, St. Joseph's, and Villanova.
