Cincinnati great Josh Harrison saw significantly more action this week for the Washington Nationals, playing in all six of the NL cellar dweller’s games.
Harrison has cooled off a bit, hitting .267 in the month of September. His average has dropped to a still tidy .286. Signing up the former two-time All Star has proven a boon for a struggling Washington club, which has shown definite signs of a World Series hangover.
In addition to his .286 average, Harrison has hit 3 home runs and driven in 9 over 49 at-bats. He has proven a genuine jack-of-all-trades for the Nationals, starting in five different positions for the club.
Thanks for your support for Down the Drive. Looking forward to a game week for the Cincinnati Bearcats as our fellas prepare for their game with Austin Peay.
