When Called Upon, Josh Harrison Continues to Impress for Nationals

Josh Harrison isn’t playing every day for the Washington Nationals.

But he should be.

The Cincinnati Bearcats great continues to deliver for the suddenly moribund Washington Nationals.

In his last seven games, Harrison is ripping it up, batting .412 with a pair of home runs and 4 RBIs.

Whether or not Washington Nationals manager Dave Martinez comes to their senses and makes Harrison a regular part of their lineup, the UC great is playing his way into a long-term future in the Major Leagues.

He has demonstrated the ability once again this year to be a steady hand in the field (both as an infielder and an outfielder) and to contribute with his bat.

For the season, Harrison is currently posting a tidy .294 batting average.
