National Letter of Intent Update - Part 2

4 star Army All American - and brother of Silverberry - Kevin Mouhan has sent in his National Letter of Intent. It seemed apparent he was heading to Cincinnati ever since he decomitted from Tennessee, but stranger things have happened.

By my count, we're at 14 total signees.

Keith Minor was a bit of a surprise; he wasn't on my radar until today.
