Troy Caupain, Coreontae DeBerry and Mick Cronin speak with the media following Cincinnati's 61-54 win over SMU.

Cincinnati may have just punched their ticket to the Big Dance with a big win against #24 SMU, 61-54. Fueled by a tenacious defensive performance, the Bearcats overcame a tough shooting performance to send their seniors off with one final home win.

Two players who were able to find the back of net for the Bearcats were Troy Caupain and Coreontae DeBerry, who spoke with the media following the game. Both players spoke about the importance of this game and how they approached it as a team. Caupain scored 14 points and DeBerry scored 10 points in his final game at Fifth Third Arena.

Head coach Mick Cronin also spoke with the media about his thoughts on the game and about where Cincinnati sits, in his eyes, compared to the assumed NCAA Tournament field. He didn't really hold back, although not many Cincinnati fans would argue with his rationale.

As a bonus, check out the Senior Highlight for Farad Cobb, Octavius Ellis, Shaq Thomas and DeBerry, courtesy of BearcatsTV.
