The Battle for the Bell is now, officially, sold out. It was going to happen, Whit Babcock said so.

This is, to my knowledge, the first Battle for the Bell that has sold out at Nippert in a decade, and probably much, much longer than that. But surprisingly finding records for that kind of stuff is harder than you would expect. I know for sure that the Greg Cook game in 1968 was sold out, other than that its a crap shoot.
The game is a whiteout, so you know what that means right? It means a closer than it should be contest against a highly motivated road foe. Thats's what history tells us. Time will tell if this Miami game follows that script. But enjoy this trailer for Saturday.
