I have to be honest, I didn't see the game. We were taking our kids over the river and through the woods to their grandparents' house. Which means selfishly a couple peaceful nights for this guy but I had to sacrifice the game last night. We had it on in the car, but I was not able to see anything but highlights. And again being honest, I didn't go back to watch it on ESPN3 because, well, I just don't want to right now. A 30-point win is good enough and while I'm sure there were head-scratching plays there are typically going to be some of those in blowout wins.
I was encouraged to hear Ge'Lawn Guyn be more aggressive going to the bucket as was I happy to hear Justin Jackson collect another double-double. He doesn't have to score a ton, he just has to rebound, block shots, and stay on the court. Seeing Shaq Thomas stuff the stat sheet was nice as well. He's not had the best of starts to this season and if the Bearcats are going to be as good as we hope he's going to have to get it going a little more.
Anyway, if anyone has more insight to provide, please feel free to add below. I will be at the game Friday but seeing as we are taking the kids (yes they will be ours again) to see Thor immediately following the game I will not have anything up right after that one as well. I know, I'm horrible.
Gobble Gobble! Go Bearcats!
