That seems off to me. I get it, North Carolina is hot having won 5 of their last 6, the game is in their home state in a city with a massive alumni base and so it goes a big advantage in terms of crowd. But they have just three wins against teams .500 or better, and one of those came against Old Dominion, a program in transition from the FCS level to the FBS.
North Carolina is an OK football team that has been playing at a higher level of late. But I don't see how they should be favored over a Bearcat team that has also been playing its best football late in the year. The line feels off to me.
