Bearcats and Wolfpack Gamethread

Can the Bearcats pick up a win in their final game of 2014?

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

The 2014 portion of the Bearcats season has not gone according to plan. Between the health issues of Mick Cronin and the increasingly disjointed and disheartening results on the floor it is safe to assume that everyone wants to turn the page on the year and start fresh.

But doing that has to start today, it has to start with a more emphatic showing against the NC State Wolfpack. The Bearcats need to show improvement now. They need not tick all of the boxes that Justin put out there, but please, for the sake of all those who love you, tick a few of those boxes Bearcats.

Today is as good a day as any to start doing the little things right, and the Bearcats are going to have to do that against an NC State team that is sitting on 10 wins and is as offensively gifted as any team the Bearcats have yet faced. The Bearcats won't be able to grind this game into the ground, but will they be able to win it at all?
