Bearcats Dominate Second Half In 69-48 Win Over Middle Tennessee State

In what was by far the Bearcats best half of the season to date the Bearcats scored 48 second half points, more than they had in losses to Xavier and New Mexico for an entire game.

Finally, the Bearcats show some life on the offensive side of the ball against a good opponent. The Bearcats shot 45 percent from the floor and 39 per cent from deep, both the best numbers since blowing out USC Upstate way back at the start of the month.

As per usual Sean Kilpatrick led the way on offense scoring 23 points. But he also had support today as Justin Jackson played arguably his most complete game as a Bearcat  scoring 16 points, grabbing 12 boards with 4 steals and 4 blocks for good measure.

This wasn't a perfect win, nor one that is going to headline a resume. But its one the Bearcats had to have.
