Quick Take
It takes all of 30 seconds for you to realize that Joshuwa Holloman is seriously fast. He takes a hand off, finds a seam, and in an instant covers 25 yards untouched. The more you watch the more strange behavior you see from defenders. What you see time and again is defenders set their aiming point 20 yards down field thinking that it will give them a chance to at least get a hand on Holloman. Then you see Holloman reach their aiming point five yards ahead of them. Time and again you see this, by the end of the 6 minute tape i was just cackling maniacally to myself.
Holloman is the fastest running back recruit since Brian Kelly snuck Isaiah Pead out of Columbus without anyone noticing. Holloman is, like his classmate Taylor Boose, headed for a red shirt this year. The only way he can avoid that fate is by providing the Bearcats a spark to their dreadful kick return game. No mate what happens this coming season, I am eagerly anticipating the day when I will get to watch Holloman's exploits while laughing to no but myself.
