Following Cincinnati's bounce-back win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, head coach Mick Cronin spoke with the media about the game. Compared to his comments after the surprising loss to Temple, Cronin was much more relaxed with Cincinnati's defense playing strong, stifling Tulsa's good offense.
Cronin also offered more insight into how he defines his team's "toughness" and talks about how his focus is coaching for his players and not necessarily for wins or losses. Gary Clark and Farad Cobb also spoke with the media, providing insight from the players perspective on how Cincinnati approached the Tulsa game.
Cincinnati now preps for a very talented SMU team on the road. The Bearcats will play the Mustangs on Thursday.
