N.C. State Game

ACC Basketball Games Worth Watching on Tuesday || Rant Sports

This could be an interesting non-conference game for both teams because each will have a different challenge to overcome. N.C. State will have to crack a Cincy defense that held UNNC to only 21 percent shooting from behind the arc.

Previewing NC State v. Cincinnati || Cincy on the Prowl

All eyes will be on Clifton and Fifth Third Arena, as the Bearcats and Wolfpack tip off at 5pm ET, as part of ESPN’s Tip-Off Marathon. That’s right, the Bearcats landed the time slot directly ahead of two of the biggest regular season games this year: Michigan St v. Kentucky, and Kansas v. Duke. This means that anyone tuning in for the Kentucky game will get to see the end of the Bearcat game. This is huge for national exposure.

Huge might be a bit of an overstatement there.

Road test tough for NC State but a chance to grow ||

Mark Gottfried called himself crazy for scheduling a road game against a dangerous St. Bonaventure team two years ago. The N.C. State coach feels the same way about the Wolfpack’s trip to Cincinnati on Tuesday (5 p.m., ESPN). "It’s crazy but I think it’s good," Gottfried said. "I think it’s what we need. An early difficult challenge on the road I think will help our team."

Bearcats, Rubles face first test against NC State ||

"He’s like a guard," Titus Rubles said of T.J. Warren. "Usually I play against a lot of ‘four’ men who are just down low-post players. He can really put it on the floor and make shots, so it’s going to be a real challenge guarding him, but I’m ready. I like that."

UC Bearcats look to avenge consecutive losses to Rutgers ||

"We lost to them the past two years, and we know it’s going to be a dogfight," UC senior wide receiver Anthony McClung said. "We just have to prepare and get better."

Not many overly fond memories of Rutgers recently, stop me if you have heard this before.

Rutgers RB Paul James eager to return against Cincinnati on Saturday ||

The nation’s No. 2 rusher at the time of his injury, James leads Rutgers in rushing yards (573) and rushing touchdowns (six) despite missing the past four games. His return is timely with true freshman Justin Goodwin, who has been filling in for James, listed as doubtful for Saturday with a hamstring injury.

If you didn't get a chance to check out James before his injury he was the truth. It will be interesting to see how his game might have changed after the injury.

SMU's best basketball player is transferring...I am shocked that poll voters are ignorant. shocked...hilarious....Michael Qualls dunks well....not a single american or European port among the 10 busiest in the world. That says something...this seems like a publicity stunt gone great...South Korea has debt on debt on debt.
