There is a Twitter user (MHver3) who seems to be an employee of the West Virginia Athletic Department. He primarily tweets WVU stuff, and has leaked some things before (WVU field designs, etc.) that ended up being correct. This morning he tweets that UC is one of two schools (he believes the other is Memphis, but only knows UC for sure) to receive a Big XII invite. Hence the rescheduling of games.
Makes sense when I think about it. Push back Boise St, play Marshall in a transition year to a new conference. Easier game that you'll need at the beginning of playing in a new conference.
