From the Enquirer
Antrione Archer, director of player welfare and development, faces a misdemeanor charge of sexual abuse after an arrest in Northern Kentucky, according to a Kenton County official.
Archer was brought to UC by then head coach Butch Jones and had been in his role as a player development specialist since then. His main duties were listed as being preparing the players for life after football. This is what that entailed according to his bio on the UC page which has since been removed.
"providing guidance and counsel and ensuring they are adhering to the program goals and policies regarding intellectual, social, spiritual, physical and skill development."
The details of what Archer did are readily available and can be found with a little help from google. I am not going to mention or even describe them in this space what exactly Archer is guilty of because it's not remotely appropriate for me to do so. The simplest way to put it would be to say that it's for the benefit of every young man on that team that Archer is no longer around.
