UCONN IS YOUR 2011 NATIONAL CHAMPION - The UConn Blog
Title says it all. Kemba is the player of the year, but Jeremy Lamb won that game last night with his defense on Shelvin Mack. He completely erased him, it was a sight to see in a game by and large devoid of them.

I would not go as far to say that

soccer > baseball. considering im a reds fan first and always will be but soccer is very interesting.

I’d rather watch soccer than nfl or nba, and definitely over nhl. The abundance of teams, the culture and all the other oddities of soccer clubs is what makes it interesting and fresh.

I am not remotely a baseball guy.

I never played it as a kid. That has a ton to do with it. But since I went to college I have viewed soccer, the Champions League in particular, as my spring/summer alternative to baseball. I am an NBA fan under two conditions, 1 the Cavs have to be respectable, not great, not a perennial playoff team but watchable or 2 the league as a whole has to be good. Right now the NBA is as good as it has been since the Bird/Magic days

i agree mostly

i do love the nba, especially around playoff time. I’m really loving the Thunder out west but the west is soooo tough. It’s insane.

I’m sure you were in hog heaven last year with the world cup
