Trademark Battle

UC is making a blunder in picking this fight. The Bearcat cafe has been in existance since1959 under that name but different owners.
There are battles to fight and battles to walk away from. Walk away UC, walk away.
UC officials say the suit against the Bearcat Café isn't personal, it's business. They say they've been working through a list of trademark violators around the country for years and have now set their sights a little closer to home.
"Basically, we just got around to it," said UC spokesman Greg Hand.

Does Greg Hand just read/report whatever they put in front of him?
I get e-mails from him almost daily from school closings to crime on (or around) campus.

Cincinnati administrative officials are notoriously inept
I guess any administrative official for the school or the city with a brain in their head gets swept up by P&G pretty quickly.
What’s next, Adrioticos will have to change the name of their Bearcat pizza
